Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who processes it and when it is deleted.
What we collect
Your account (name, email, or Google sign-in profile), the photos you upload, the videos you generate, your credit history and orders. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
How photos are processed
Photos are stored privately and shared with our AI video provider (SeeAPI, which runs ByteDance Seedance) only through time-limited links to make your video. Our small team may view a job's photos and video only to answer a support request or check a safety report. Uploads, video parts and finished videos are deleted after 7 days, or when you delete them in My videos. Provider-side retention follows SeeAPI's policy.
Your choices
Delete single videos in My videos or your whole account and data at /delete-my-data. Email hello@tinydeskoutstandingai.org for any other request.
