Failed generations
Credits are reserved when you press Generate and returned automatically if any part of the video fails or times out.
Broken results
If a finished video is clearly broken (a face missing or on the wrong person, or a glitched clip), email us within 7 days with the job ID and we return its credits. Results you simply don't like are not refunded, so test with Mini 480p first.
Payment refunds
